4225型玻璃直线双边磨边清洗生产线是由1台HSD-2040玻璃直线双边磨边机+1台LST-4225型中转台+1台HSD-2025玻璃直线双边磨边机+1台HSW-A2500玻璃清洗机组成。
4225型玻璃直边磨边清洗机组主要特点：
1. 整线操作全自动化，玻璃从磨边，转换边，清洗全部自动操作，玻璃定位准确，加工平稳快速，清洗效果干净不留水痕。
2. 集中控制台操作整线，人机界面，操作简单方便。
3. 磨边机采用最新设计，主传动轴采用六角冷拉钢，保证玻璃粉和水不会进入齿轮箱。
4. 转角台采用L型，转片速度快，平稳，精确，保证下端进片位置准确。
5. 清洗机配备3对毛刷，2组风刀。
6. 清洗机所有接触水部分采用不锈钢或不生锈材质。毛刷，托辊轴头采用不锈钢加橡胶结构，保证经久耐用。
7. 特殊结构风刀，保证玻璃表面全部吹干。
